Lift-served mountain biking, hiking and scenic rides will open on June 18. Guests have the option of loading at Snow Park Lodge on the Silver Lake Express, or the mid-mountain Sterling Express. The Silver Lake Express chairlift operates from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (last chair downloading at 5:00 p.m.). The Sterling Express chairlift operates from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (last chair downloading at 4:30 p.m.). Lifts are open daily through Labor Day; then September 11-12.

The Flight of The Canyons gondola will take you on a scenic ride to Red Pine Lodge at 8,000 feet for mountain experiences to remember. Guests can choose to hike, ride mountain bikes, play a round of disc golf, or just sit back and enjoy the scenery. Welcome to the IMAFS 2010 event!  This is Utah’s biggest, most celebrated Mustang show of the year and one that you will not want to miss!  Each year Park City plays host to hundreds of Mustangs and all Ford performance machines that take over all of Main Street.  It is here where you will see some of the finest and fastest examples of virtually every kind of Mustang including vintage models, limited editions, collector cars, late models, even daily drivers. This show has it all.  While this show features the Mustang, there are other truly amazing Ford & Mercury vehicles on display such as the Cougars, Pick-Up Trucks, Thunderbirds, and occasionally the legendary Thunderbolts, or Shelby Cobras will even make an appearance.  It’s great fun for everyone young or old.  Admission is free and the shops on Main Street are open for business.  Bring a friend or bring the whole family to the largest gathering of Mustangs and fast Fords in all of Utah!  This is a rain or shine event, so plan on seeing us there regardless of the weather. This is our own all Ford and Mustang Show, recognized by the MCA and hosted by Park City, Utah.

Mountain Trails Foundation invites all mountain bike enthusiasts to participate in the Tour des Suds Mountain Bike Race. The race will start at 10 a.m. at City Park; from there racers will climb the Tour des Suds trail located on Flagstaff Mountain at Deer Valley Resort. Participants are encouraged to dress festively. Awards and festivities will take place on Main Street following the race.

Each Wednesday, starting June 2nd through October, The Canyons will once again host Park City's Farmers' Market from 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. in the Cabriolet parking lot. Stop by for fresh produce, freshly baked bread, and arts and crafts from local vendors.

Guided Historic Hike
Silver Lake Lodge, Deer Valley Resort

Enjoy the beauty of Deer Valley Resort and learn about the history of the area with a free guided hike (hikes to take place on the second Sunday of each month, June-October). The hike lasts three to four hours, covers moderately strenuous terrain, is less than six miles long and highlights the area’s mining history. Participants meet at 9:30 a.m. near the base of the Sterling Express Chairlift, located mid-mountain at Silver Lake Lodge.
